We are now offering property management services for residential and commercial properties in the Defiance area. Our rental agents have handled hundreds of rental units, and have learned the “ins and outs” of the rental business!

Two programs are available:
PROGRAM A:
We will advertise your rental, locate a suitable, fully screened tenant, and you can handle the rest.
PROGRAM B:
We will advertise your rental, located a suitable, fully screened tenant, receive and collect monthly rents, handle repair calls at your direction, and provide monthly and annual rental statements.

We use an internet-based screening service, which searches over a billion…yes, a billion records for foreclosures, evictions, credit history, court cases, sex offender status, and more!
